The ceremony of laying flowers at the Monument to the outstanding member of Kyiv underground organization, Hero of Ukraine Tetyana Marcus held on September, 21, 2011 in National Historical Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar".
The participants of the ceremony – B. Glazunov, Director of National Historical Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" I. Levitas, President of Jewish Council in Ukraine, Head of Babi Yar Memorial Fund, sculptor V. Medvedev, the author of Monument, M. Zaseiev-Rudenko, stage-director of film “Babyn Yar”, pupils of Kyiv school № 44, where Tetyana Markus had been learning before the war.
