"Searching for Information in the Archive": A Lecture and Workshop on Family History

Where can you look for information about your family? How is an archive structured, and what can you find on your own? How can you preserve what's already at home?

Join us on July 9 at 6:00 PM for a lecture by Kyrylo Vyslobokov, "Searching for Information in the Archive: How It Works," followed by a workshop on digitizing and preserving family archives. Both take place as part of the opening of RESEARCH SPACE, our new public project.

Bring along photographs, letters, documents — anything sitting at home that's been waiting for its moment. During the workshop, you'll be able to scan the materials you bring.

The event is held in partnership with Archival Information Systems, the only company in Ukraine that works systematically on large-scale digitization of archival and library collections.
